    Maddie Harris has been working in the events industry for over 7 years. Her experience is broad and varied, offering skills such as large scale Site management and Stage management, Décor design and installation and set design. She currently works for a number of festivals, including The Secret Garden Party, Wilderness Festival and Shambala. Maddie has spent winters working in Australia for some of the country's largest and most successful festivals, including Big Day Out and Adelaide Fringe festival, as a member of the production team and managing the main stage for the opening night event. Pairing practical knowledge with creative ideas, Maddie ensures that each event, whatever its size, is delivered to the highest of standards with creativity where needed at its forefront. Her skills include managing large crews, booking and liaising with contractors and suppliers, managing a range of budgets, working to a tight schedule and delivering events on time, to budget and to an extremely high output.

With his detailed knowledge of sound, lighting, video, rigging and stage management, he works with these departments to deliver excellent results for both promoters and artists. His experience also brings a great understanding of the risks and safeguards required to operate successfully in challenging environments such as festivals, tours, live TV and sporting events. A specialist in large scale projection arrays, Peter has also engineered the projection of images onto many UK landmarks, working on the cutting edge of what the technology can deliver.

    Anna has worked in Events and Production for over 11 years providing services to events agencies and production companies.Experienced in sourcing infrastructure and managing logistics for events ranging from high end corporate product launches to experiential activity on green field sites, she successfully meets the clients' needs within their required budgets. Anna works alongside the UK's largest promoters to represent and advance production for shows in arenas, concert halls, and clubs. She has run the Main Stage Artist Liaison team at V Festival and has provided boutique festivals with stage managers, artist liaison teams and drivers, for over 9 years. She has also worked with artists such as Eminem, Rhianna, Foo Fighters, Coldplay and other leading acts. A must have member of the team for any event.

    Oliver has experience ranging across the event spectrum. As an experienced Production Manager, Oliver is used to taking projects from concept to delivery, and excels in arenas where excellent client-facing skills are essential. Working in both the corporate and private sector, Oliver is adept at brokering sponsorship deals for events as well as developing and delivering brand activations on site, for clients including industry leading agencies (RPM, Sledge) and high end brands (Belvedere, BMW). In addition to the various Production roles that Sponsorship and Brand Management create, Oliver is experienced in event Marketing and Promotion. Over the past 3 years, he has overseen the marketing departments on major UK festivals (Secret Garden Party, Glade), a skill supplemented by his degree in Communications. Having worked on a number of weddings and private parties for various 'A' list celebrities and private clients on numerous private estates, Oliver adept at controlling every element of the event, including DJ's, Live acts and additional entertainment. Add to the pot, solid experience in Site Management (Glastonbury late night arenas; all heavy plant tickets), Technical Production (Firefly Solar) and also stage management / artist liaison roles (Continental Drifts), and you get an all round event professional perfect to lead or bolster the team on any production.

    Jon Ricketts has been working in the Lighting and Production industries for over 15 years. He has worked in many areas of the industry from Festivals and Touring, Bespoke Corporate and Private events, to Theatres large and small. From years of experience at the highest of levels, Jon has gained a wide knowledge of Lighting, Rigging and Stage/Set design. Over the years he has worked as Crew chief for a number of his clients, running all aspects of the job from organising the kit and crew to all logistical aspects needed to complete the show. In the past 6 years specifically, he has been using these skills in the festival circuit, working to organise and deliver world class events for his clients. He has a strong belief that every event, be it large or small, should be a bespoke design that fits with the client specifications.
